Please note:
Fees are based on time of arrival to the clinic, not the time of consult.
Medical consults over 20 minutes will incur an additional charge. These are called long consults. Consultation time includes review of available health records, discussion with or referrals to other health services, and nurse time.

* For patients not eligible for After Hours Funding, there is a $35 surcharge on public holidays.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
After hours is 5pm-8am Monday-Friday, all weekend/public holidays.
ACC provides no-fault personal injury cover for all New Zealand residents and visitors. If ACC decline a claim, patients will be liable for any additional charges for their treatment.
Additional charges may apply for materials, long consultations >15-20mins (e.g. ECG) and equipment hire. Horizon Radiology and Canopy Imaging charges apply for ACC x-rays and after hour call outs.
Please note that patients over 13 years of age seen for medical and ACC reviews within 48 hours will incur a half charge.
Payment is payable at the time of consult. (Non Residents must pay up-front.)
If you require time off work or a medical certificate, please ask for this at the time of consult.
If you require insurance or university forms to be completed, please ask for this at the time of consult.
If you require ambulance transfer to hospital, fees may apply.
